The investigation into the death of a juvenile male in Millcreek remains ongoing after Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook confirmed the case has now been ruled a homicide.
The death of the 13-year-old boy remains under investigation, and the Erie County District Attorney’s Office was notified of the circumstances surrounding the incident.
