A Phoenix-based developer wants to build a two-building warehouse complex along Cantrell Sansom Road in Far North Fort Worth, and neighbors in the Crossing at Fossil Creek HOA are among those formally notified of the plan.
According to the zoning application, developer Hopewell Development II, LP is seeking to rezone 12.45 acres at 1297–1309 Cantrell Sansom Road from its current General Commercial and Heavy Industrial designations into a Planned Development district. Maps in the city filing show residential neighborhoods nearby on multiple sides of the site.
The site plan shows two buildings: a 119,600-square-foot front-load warehouse and a smaller 43,680-square-foot side-load building, both capped at one story and 40 feet tall.
