LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office issued 151 traffic citations and arrested one person on an outstanding warrant during its “Speed Catches Up With You” selective enforcement.
From July 27 through Aug. 8, the number of deputies working in parked cruisers was increased, with their efforts focused on speed-related traffic violations.
The deputies involved in the saturation patrol contacted 189 vehicles, issued 151 official traffic citations, issued 90 warning/defect cards and arrested one person on an outstanding warrant…
