MARRERO, La. (WGNO) — A Marrero woman is accused of severely abusing her infant son.
Jefferson Parish deputies allege that 26-year-old Melvinika Williams burned her one-month-old’s lower body and broke one of his legs. Deputies said it happened at the family home. Williams allegedly tried to blame another family member for the injuries.
