“Shreveport Police detectives are seeking Timothy Thomas in connection with an investigation into alleged residential contractor fraud.
Investigators learned that on August 22, 2024, Thomas entered into a contract with two victims for the construction of a residence. According to the investigation, Thomas quoted the victims approximately $444,000 to build the home, with the contract documenting the agreed-upon payment terms…
