PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A suspect is in custody on Wednesday evening in northwest Portland after a neighborhood was asked to shelter in place.
The shelter-in-place alert was issued at 3:05 p.m. for people living near Northwest 18th Avenue and Northwest Overton Street.
