Syracuse, N.Y. – The Syracuse Citizen Review Board announced Wednesday it will continue its investigations into allegations of police misconduct after a nearly four-month-long pause.
CRB Chairman Don Johnson made the announcement during the board’s special meeting Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in the city’s Common Council Chambers. He said the CRB will resume its work on Monday.
“The board’s purpose is not adversarial, but the board will not remain idle,” Johnson said. “The residents of Syracuse who were promised citizen review, on Monday they will have that again.”…
