Petty Officer 3rd Class Billie Bryant, a 2005 Chandler High alum, serves aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt as a 20-year U.S. Navy veteran.
The Roosevelt is a Navy warship participating in the biennial Rim of the Pacific exercise in and around the Hawaiian Islands.
