BEDFORD STUYVESANT, Brooklyn (PIX11) — A man is dead after he was shot multiple times on a busy sidewalk Wednesday night. There were several shell casings left behind and police recovered a cell phone at the scene.
Multiple customers were inside the 24-hour Deli Magic Grocery at the time. They all ran to the back of the store for cover. Once the mayhem stopped, they went outside to see what the chaos was all about.

The victim was lying near the Broadway and Lewis Avenue intersection with several gunshot wounds, police said. EMS took him to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police canvassed the scene for several hours, gathering as much evidence as they could. There are multiple surveillance cameras facing different angles of the crime scene. Police said they will be sifting frame by frame as the search for the killer or killers continues.
