CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Cincinnati man with past convictions for aggravated robbery and drug and gun charges has pleaded guilty to a new charge after police said he was found with a loaded firearm.
Austin Fowler, 46, was arrested in March as part of a federal, state, and local violent crime reduction initiative.
Police officers were conducting an investigation in what they described as a high-crime area last November when they said they saw Fowler commit a pedestrian violation. Officers said Fowler ran and tried to jump a fence to avoid arrest, but they caught him and found a loaded gun in his pocket…
