Two men sentenced after guilty pleas to drug charges

Two Hendersonville men were sentenced last week to 15 years in prison each after pleading guilty in Sumner County Circuit Court to various drug charges.

According to court records, James Labrone House, 53, and Caddius Lavaughn House, 50, pleaded guilty to possession of fentanyl with intent to resale and attempted possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. James House also pleaded guilty to a separate charge of evading arrest by motor vehicle.

Both men were charged after a March 2023 raid on an apartment at Monthaven Park Place in Hendersonville. Members of the 18th Judicial Drug Task Force discovered two pounds of fentanyl, 13 ounces of methamphetamine laced with fentanyl, 41 grams of marijuana, four firearms and an undisclosed amount of cash…
