Strong security presence at the US-Mexico border aims to disrupt cartel operations

EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) — U.S. and Mexican authorities staged a large-scale security exercise along the Rio Grande on Thursday, testing how law enforcement and military agencies on both sides of the border would respond to a potential security threat.
