DENVER (KDVR) — Denver and federal law enforcement found and seized dozens of weapons, several pipe bombs and more than $235,000 in cocaine, jewelry and cash, and 17 people were arrested and charged in a major drug network that included East Colfax, the Denver District Attorney’s Office announced.
The district attorney’s office, the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Denver Violent Criminal Enterprise Task Force and the Denver Police Department worked together on the operation. The 17 people are accused of conspiring to distribute drugs in bulk and retail amounts throughout the metro area.
