With some Chandler residents encountering storm damage again this week, the city reminds people of what to do in advance of storms and some things that can be done upon discovering damage.
Chandler spokesperson Toni Smith said Aug. 13 that there was some weather-related cleanup required at Folley Park, located southeast of downtown, with parks crews working that in the morning.
Also, the roof at Chandler Center for the Arts was damaged during the overnight Aug. 12-13 storm. The building is currently being renovated, and while the roof wasn’t part of that project, water got inside of the building and damage was done…
