GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — The Greensboro Police Department’s forensics unit is one of just 15 in the entire world awarded a Foresight Maximus Award, meaning it operates at 90 percent or greater efficiency.
The unit is small but mighty, with print identification and ballistics alone making up almost 7,000 cases a year on average.
