PITTSBURGH (WKBN) — A military transport aircraft made an emergency landing at the Pittsburgh International Airport Thursday afternoon after being diverted from the Youngstown Warren Regional Airport.
According to Youngstown Air Reserve Command Information Chief Eric White, a C-130J-30 Super Hercules with four crew members on board was assigned to the 910th Airlift Wing at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station when it declared an in-flight emergency for smoke in the cockpit and mechanical issues.
