Calling all carnivores. Fogo de Chão has expanded its Arizona presence with the opening of its first Gilbert restaurant. The internationally recognized Brazilian dining brand now operates two Arizona locations, joining its recently remodeled Scottsdale restaurant.
Gilbert’s newly opened Fogo de Chão restaurant introduces the brand’s signature Culinary Art of Churrasco to Gilbert through an immersive dining experience centered around open-flame cooking and traditional Brazilian hospitality. Designed in partnership with architecture and design agency Innovation & Design in Architecture, the restaurant features an open churrasco grill where guests can watch Gaucho chefs butcher, season, hand carve, and grill premium cuts of meat over an open flame.
The dining room also includes the restaurant’s Market Table, which offers a variety of fresh vegetables, seasonal dishes, salads, and accompaniments, along with the Feijoada Bar, inspired by Brazil’s traditional black bean stew. Guests can also enjoy Bar Fogo, an indoor bar and lounge designed for casual gatherings and all-day happy hour, as well as private dining spaces that can be reserved for celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions.

At the center of the menu is the Full Churrasco Experience, the restaurant’s signature prix-fixe offering featuring continuous tableside service of premium and classic fire-roasted meats, along with unlimited access to the Market Table, Feijoada Bar, and traditional Brazilian side dishes.
