WALDORF, Md. — A 19-year-old Waldorf man has been charged with fourth-degree sexual offense and second-degree assault after investigators alleged he followed a woman through a Walmart and grabbed her buttocks while she was shopping.
Jalen Andre Simon, 19, of Waldorf, is charged in Charles County District Court with one count of fourth-degree sexual offense involving sexual contact without consent and one count of second-degree assault, according to court records.
