WILLOUGHBY HILLS, Ohio – A Cleveland woman is accused of hitting a man with an SUV after a verbal argument and leaving the scene, according to court records.
Cheyenne Raven Blunt, 32, is charged with second-degree felony aggravated vehicular assault and fourth-degree felony stopping after a July 25 incident in Willoughby Hills.
