STEELTON, PA — Two men have been charged in connection with the theft of a vehicle from a business on the 100 block of Trewick Street.
Michael A. Smith Jr., 19, and Douglas Shifflett, 37, both of Pennsylvania, face charges including burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy.
