AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — An Amarillo man accused of laughing while a 15-year-old shot one person and threatened another at Thompson Park was indicted.
A Potter County grand jury indicted 18-year-old Nicholas Lee Picasso Jr. on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon stemming from the June 2 shooting.
