MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) — Criminal charges have been filed against 36-year-old Thomas Zollicoffer, a man accused of killing three people in two separate shootings.
Zollicoffer is facing three counts of first-degree intentional homicide and four counts of possession of a firearm by a felon.
