Cub Foods owner will sell 3 Minnesota grocery stores to local franchisee

Cub Foods owner United Natural Foods Inc. (UNFI) is selling three of the grocer’s Minnesota stores to Edina-based Jerry’s Enterprises, one of its largest franchisees.

UNFI will sell Cub stores in Minneapolis, St. Anthony, and Monticello to Jerry’s. Terms of the sale, first reported by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, were not disclosed.
