MARION COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) – A 37-year-old man was sentenced to prison after being found guilty in an abuse case, according to the Marion County District Attorney’s Office.
Bryon Gilmore was sentenced Thursday to 56 months in prison. A jury found him guilty of unlawful use of a weapon, second-degree animal abuse, menacing, and two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment.
