Two residential properties in western Stark County sold for more than $600,000, according to the latest real estate transfers filed with the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
A house on Augusta Drive SE in Massillon that is more than 3,000 square feet was sold for $640,000. In Jackson Township, a 2,600-square-foot house on Harlequin Circle NW sold for $690,000.
The transfers cover July 18 to July 24.
