WATERVLIET — A Loudonville man faces felony assault charges after allegedly seriously injuring two children, according to Watervliet police.
Jose A. Martinez Jr., 26, was arrested after Albany County Child Protective Services told the Watervliet Police Department that the children, both under 5 years old, had been admitted to a local hospital on Thursday with severe injuries.
