A 32-year-old tractor-trailer driver was killed after his rig veered onto the shoulder and struck a disabled truck and its driver on the New Jersey Turnpike on Friday, Aug. 14, authorities said.
Trey C. Flowers, of Milton, DE, was driving a Mack tractor-trailer south on the Turnpike’s eastern spur when the crash happened at milepost 112.4 in Secaucus at 9:01 a.m., New Jersey State Police Trooper II Christopher Postorino said.
