ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Two people and two dogs were displaced Friday evening when a home in Albemarle County caught fire after possibly being struck by lightning.
On Friday, Aug. 14, at about 6:13 p.m., Albemarle County Fire and Rescue responded to the 1000 block of East Keswick Drive in Keswick for a report of a structure fire, officials said.
When fire crews arrived, they saw smoke at the front door of the single-family home. According to officials, one adult, one child and two dogs were evacuated safely from the home and did not report any injuries…
