CAYCE, S.C. (WIS) – University of South Carolina students are reporting “unlivable” conditions during their apartment move-in on Friday.
Families reported cockroaches, feces on floors, broken locks and mold inside The Radley, an apartment complex known for student living.
Parents Raymond and Felecia Bellamy were surprised by the sight of the newly-leased apartment.
“We walked up today to garbage on the porch,” Felecia Bellamy said. “Hasn’t been swept, upstairs smells like somebody died. It smells like death up there. My daughter had brought her stuff in. We took it out.”…
