A coffee and beignet concept inspired by New Orleans is preparing to make its Central Ohio debut, with a new location planned for 7381 State Route 3 in Westerville.
Beignets & Brew is currently under construction and is targeting an opening toward the end of September, according to Kundan R, the co- franchise owner developing the Westerville location, and Adam Alfonso, one of the brand’s founders, who spoke with WhatNow Columbus.
Kundan will operate the Westerville location with a business partner. A separate franchisee is developing another Beignets & Brew location in Hilliard, which is expected to follow the Westerville opening by approximately five to six weeks…
