HUTCHINSON COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — The Plemons-Stinnett-Phillips Consolidated Independent School District announced that substitute teachers will receive new daily pay rates.
New daily pay rates for subs include:
- New daily pay rates
- Sub for a paraprofessional – $75 per day
- Regular teacher sub – $90 per day
- Sub with a bachelor’s degree – $100 per day
- Sub with a teacher certification – $115 per day
Officials said the following prices are for subs working a full day, and half-day subs will receive 50% of the daily rate.
