ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — People across Rochester came together today to celebrate 28 years of the annual Clarissa Street Reunion.
Clarissa Street is located in the southwest quadrant of Rochester and the old Third Ward. There was live music, vendors, food, and exhibits.
