Flooding rain Sunday, heat sticks around

A First Alert is in effect for flash flooding potential on Sunday afternoon.

Overnight, skies are partly cloudy, lows in the lower 70’s.

On Sunday, rain arrives from West to East during the midday. Heaviest rain is in the afternoon, and as much as 1-2″ of rain will fall in a short time. Areas with the highest risk of flooding are: Delaware, Southwestern New Jersey, and the immediate Suburbs to the South and West of Philly. That includes: Delaware, and Chester Counties.
