STOREY COUNTY, Nev. (KOLO) – After reports of a drone flying in the Virginia City area on Saturday, Aug. 15, the Storey County Sheriff’s Office investigated and found it is a geophysical drone surveying operations on claims in the area.
That includes the Bureau of Land Management land surrounding Virginia City and the Virginia City Highlands.
