SOUTHGATE, MI – A 14-story former bank building that sat vacant for about a decade has been transformed into 216 apartments, the largest residential development in Southgate history.
The Bank Tower project, 16333 Trenton Road, will celebrate its grand opening Tuesday, Aug. 18, after more than three years of redevelopment.
