CONWAY S.C. (WPDE) — A crash involving pedestrians was reported overnight on Highway 544 near Elvington Loop in Conway.
Horry County Fire Rescue said the incident involved pedestrians and that critical injuries were reported. Two people were transported to the hospital with injuries.
