MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — Temperatures are starting off mild this morning, with most areas in the 70s. This afternoon won’t be quite as hot as yesterday, but temperatures will still run a little above average. Expect highs in the upper 80s to around 90 along the beaches, with mid-90s inland.
The Heat Advisory remains in effect today, with heat index values approaching 105 degrees. While we won’t see as many showers and storms as yesterday, a few isolated storms could still develop during the afternoon.
