Philadelphia Police are investigating a hit and run that left a 65-year-old man critically injured in Fishtown.
Police say the man was crossing West Lehigh Avenue around 3 a.m. Sunday when he was hit and dragged about 150 feet.
He was taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition…
