ROANOKE, Va. – The Regional Center for Animal Care & Protection held an adoption event on Saturday to help find homes for some animals to help Clear the Shelters!
The RCACP is waiving adoption fees for approved applications during events throughout the rest of the month. And if you are not ready to adopt, you can still help by fostering, or even just taking a dog out for the day through the shelter’s RAD program.
