ALPHARETTA, Ga. — The Alpharetta City Council will consider a request for a 41-lot gated subdivision off Rucker Road.
At an Aug. 17 meeting, council members will review plans for the neighborhood, which is slated for more than 36 acres at 12265 Charlotte Drive. Council members will also hear public comment on the matter.
