Officers with the City of Orange Police Department made 69 arrests while cleaning out homeless camps near Hart Park and along the city’s boundaries last week.
Orange PD’s Bike Team worked with the Santa Ana Police Department and several other agencies to “address quality of life issues,” Orange PD wrote on social media.
“The operation focused on addressing ongoing transient-related issues,” Orange PD said.
