Johns Creek has a new Indian restaurant built around a narrower promise than most: everything on the menu is vegetarian.
Saathvik Aahar held its grand opening Friday, Aug. 14, at 5805 State Bridge Road, Suite R, adding a new option for diners looking for meat-free Indian food in the Johns Creek and Alpharetta area.
The restaurant serves a broad mix of South Indian, North Indian and Gujarati dishes, along with Jain and vegan selections. Its menu includes dosas, curries, rotis, rice dishes, breakfast items, snacks, salads and desserts…
