Syracuse, N.Y. — Jobs ranging from real estate agents to pipelayers paid more in the Syracuse metro area in 2025 than they did elsewhere in the U.S., according to federal data.
A total of 297 jobs paid a higher annual median in Syracuse last year than in the nation as a whole, according to numbers from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
