A Delaware man has been charged with vehicular homicide and driving under the influence after a motorcyclist was killed in a crash, police said.
Samuel Larkin, 42, of New Castle, was arrested following the crash, which happened just before 11 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, on U.S. Route 13 near Schafer Boulevard, according to Delaware State Police.
