After extensive fog and patchy drizzle kept the Bay Area cool over the weekend, a warmup is expected this week, though not all areas will see temperatures rise equally.
While inland temperatures climb to the 80s to low 90s by midweek, a fog-filled marine layer is expected to keep San Francisco in the 60s. Low clouds will also extend across San Francisco Bay to Oakland from late evening through midmorning.
Little variation in the weather pattern is expected from Monday through Friday. Afternoon high temperatures will depend on how quickly morning clouds retreat to the coast.
