A Dover borough woman intends to go to trial and fight charges that she helped kill her mother three years ago.
Johana Ramos, 34, faces counts of first- and third-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder as investigators allege she helped her husband, William Torres Gautier, kill her mother, Lourdes Baez, at the family’s home in June 2023.
Torres Gautier, 45, pleaded guilty this June to taking Baez’s life, and he’s now serving a sentence in state prison. That left the case against Ramos to be resolved…
