PRICHARD, Ala. (NBC 15) — Former Prichard Finance Director Kim Wilson turned herself in late Friday night and is facing one count of theft by deception.
Wilson was booked at 10:19 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14, and released at 11:37 p.m.
