Marion County commissioners will meet tomorrow to discuss the public health threat posed by kratom and evaluate potential local regulations or bans on the possession, sale, and distribution of the substance across the county.
The agenda item will be presented by County Attorney Matthew G. Minter during the Marion County Board of County Commissioners’ regular meeting on Tuesday, August 18, at 9 a.m.
