RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Over 10,500 Central Virginia homes and businesses are without power Sunday evening amid severe storms.
On Sunday, Aug. 16, severe thunderstorms hit several parts of Central Virginia, causing flash flooding and lightning strikes sparking multiple structure fires in Chesterfield County.
