SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — HarborFest is returning to Chula Vista on Aug. 22 after a seven-year hiatus.
The free all-ages event will transform Bayside Park from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. into a hub for live music, artisans, interactive family zones, water activities, food and dancing.
